Kouchibouguac National Park hired us to refresh its site messages and improve its overall visitor experience. The previous interpretive panels were outdated and in poor condition. Our scope was to replace all of the park’s exterior panels with new exterior exhibits / interpretive nodes that engage visitors and help them connect their hearts and minds with the Park. The desired outcome was to develop an modern, interactive and fun interpretive experience that would really connect visitors to the Park’s landscape, history, cultures and stories. At the same time, the interpretive nodes would need to inspire visitors to help protect and become true stewards of Kouchibouguac National Park.
The turn-key project required concept design, content development, detailed design, and fabrication of all interpretive elements. Our Design Objectives were to enhance and improve the visitor experience, be interactive and immersive, be family-oriented and safe, be relevant to key markets, be accessible to all visitors and compliment the landscape and viewplanes.
